BBA Supplemental Program

SUPPLEMENTAL EDUCATION Students

1 or more hours a week. Supplemental Curriculum Options.

Sometimes a student just needs a little supplemental help with a subject in a personal way. Whether enrolled in a full time or part time school elsewhere, or simply due to their own unique circumstances, the Supplemental Education Program is designed for students who need help with study skills or core skills significantly above or below their level (usually that they are lacking or have missed) which are best taught or (re-taught) in the privacy of individualized instruction.

Gaps in a student’s core skills are determined by a skills test screening, and goals are set based on these results.
After discovering your unique needs, our curriculum specialists can recommend strategies to use with your student's regular curriculum, in order to provide the reinforcement and support needed to master a particular subject!

The typical Supplemental student’s sessions will begin shortly after school when the BBA teacher arrives at the student’s home, a partner school, or other location (such as the BBA office) with a planned lesson from supplemental curriculum.
A Supplemental Education student receives assistance from a certified teacher between 2 and 10 hours a week! This is usually in one or two subjects with which they are struggling, or when they are ready to move forward with a more advanced study of a particular subject such as dual credit or a college AP course.

This program can be easily combined with the Homework Support program.
